I am the Confident Autistic!
a late diagnosed Autistic adult.
I avoid eye contact and I openly stim. I wear headphones to help manage audio sensory overload and a cap and sun shades to help to help manage visual sensory overload wherever I go. I wear Autism awareness and pride swag in public, and I will tell everyone, with pride, that I am on the Autism spectrum – because I LIVE CONFIDENTLY AUTISTIC!
I am on a mission to empower every adult who suspects they are on the spectrum, seif identifies as Autistic or are navigating a late diagnosis of Autism to do the same and Live Confidently Autistic.
To live confidently autistic means showing up every day—in a neurotypical world—unapologetically as our authentic Autistic selves.
